The AI Roadmap is TEAI's discovery product. It turns a multi-call discovery process into a client-facing automation roadmap with ROI math, showing what to build and the expected return.

What the client gets: A professional document mapping their business processes to specific automation opportunities, with dollar-value ROI projections for each.

Timeline: 10-13 hours of work spread across 1-2 weeks.

Typical flow:

Onboarding Call (60-90 min)
    -> Post-Call Processing (30 min)
    -> Interview Planning + Scheduling
    -> Staff Interviews (6-8 hours over 1-2 weeks)
    -> Roadmap Generation (1-2 hours)
    -> Handoff to Sales
    -> Presentation Call (45-60 min)
